Job Title: Front Desk / Social Media Manager

Job Location: Weija, Accra - Kasoa Road.

Job Description

  •     Increase the visibility of the mall and increase audience engagement on the various social media platforms

  •     Develop and implement social media, and digital campaigns in alignment with the mall's strategy

  •     Monitor social media pages and ensure that all queries are responded to in a timely and professional manner

  •     Answer the office telephone and be the first point of contact for the business

  •     Open and distribute incoming posts, and dispatch all outgoing posts

  •     Generate ideas on how to improve the brand's social media presence

  •     Manage and monitor online traffic and develop content schedules

  •     Research relevant content for social media platforms

  •     Facilitate the marketing and promotion of products and services

  •     Website Management: supervise information and content upload in the media

  •     Responsible for overall data/information on the institution's services and products on all social media platforms

  •     Compile monthly reports on the organization's social media performance


Qualification and Requirements
    Must have 1-2 years’ working experience in a social media role or other relevant field

    Excellent understanding of the use of social media, especially Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter, etc
    In-depth knowledge  of different digital applications
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Good all round office skills particularly in relation to administration and reception duties
