Fonola Mall will accept returns as long as the goods are returned in unused and unopened condition and reach us at the address specified below within 28 days of receipt of your order. Customers may return faulty/damaged goods within 30 days.

Incorrect Items

If you have received an incorrect item it may be returned for exchange or refund. In an instance where an incorrect item has been received Fonola mall will pay for the return shipping.
